HASCO KSPG Nonferrous Components (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.HASCO KSPG Nonferrous Components (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.（KPSNC）is a Chinese-German joint venture invested by HASCO of SAIC and German Rheinmetall Automotive Group. The main business scope includes: development and production of nonferrous components used for automotive industry (including cylinder heads, engine blocks, structural parts, housings/cases, NEV parts, etc.) and of parts for non-automotive systems. The company has world-class technologies and equipment in high-pressure die casting, low-pressure casting, gravity casting, machining, tooling making, product research, development and inspection, etc. At present, the companies that have been set up in China and Germany are Shanghai Loutang headquarters, Jiangsu Kunshan subsidiary, Shandong Yantai subsidiary, Anhui Guangde subsidiary, Shanghai Anting subsidiary, Waigang production base and KS HUAYU AluTech in Germany.

The company has strategic cooperation with well-known domestic universities, investment partners, domestic and foreign OEMs for simultaneous research and development of new nonferrous components for automotives with the orientation of green production, environmental protection, high efficiency, energy saving, thus creating a high-tech enterprise, training a large number of technical personnel and skilled workers.
